We offer a free return within 14 days of delivery. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive the item(s). Please note it may take up to 1-30 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

When you return your purchase by mail within 14 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s) - excluding the return shipping. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 14 days.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)

Please email care@ohblush.com to request a return. We would email you either of the following: a returns form, a return label and/or a returns address. If a return form is given, please fill out the returns form and place the completed form with your item(s) in the original packaging or any well-padded envelope or box. With the supplied return label attached securely to the package.

Once you’ve sent the item(s) back to us, look out for an email requesting for tracking number along with photos for proof of return. We would notify you of when the items have been received and the return progress.

Disclaimer: In most cases, we would provide you a free shipping label. However, in the event of an item not being free to return, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any shipping costs in returning goods.
